Rawhide Chews

I am totally against rawhide dog chews!!!!

Even though my dogs love them, one choked and gagged on a huge piece the other night! She was in a lot of distress, pacing and trying to swallow it down. It was a frightening thing to watch!! She finally threw up some huge chunks up. But I honestly thought I would have to rush her to the vet!

No more rawhide chewies for them! I would really like to know of some better alternatives.
