One Jack Russell Sick On Rawhide

We have been trying to figure out what has been making our 2-yr-old Jack Russell sick for about 6 months. Vomiting (w/and w/o blood) and diarrhea (w/and w/o blood) very sporadically. I have changed his food about 6 times, have cooked turkey and rice for him twice for about 3 weeks each. FINALLY today, I finally put two and two together and figured out it is the rawhide chews making him sick. Every time he has one--the next day he won't eat, is lethargic, vomits and has diarrhea. But, my older Jack Russell (9 years) has absolutely NO problem w/them.
