exer-hides rawhide chips

We bought some exer-hides rawhide dog chips for our dog. There were some stuck together, so my husband pulled them apart, and it contained a 2 inch metal piece in there!I'm not sure if we should ever buy these anymore after this. Luckily our dog didn't eat it.
