Dog Very Sick From Thick Rawhide Ingestion

Natural Rawhide Dental CHIPS from Berkley and Jensen (BJ's Discount Club) are from Brazil.
They have different thicknesses.

My Lab mix dog steals the ones from my other two dogs besides eating her own, so I believe she has had too much. She can't even get up and is drooling, won't drink water.

This happened once before with these chips...they are quite large, some of them about 6 by 2 inches. I'm comforting her. The last time this happened she drank some water mixed with a good quality bicarbonate of soda and it helped, but right now, she won't drink anything.

I was trying to see what to do, because either it isn't digesting, maybe expanded in her stomach or there is some element in them that are poisonous.

The one she had last night is dark skin and thick.
