Although a common problem in dogs, incontinence usually isn't very serious but still a real battle for dog owners. We recommend that you see your vet just to be on the safe side.
The urine trickles down through the urethra while the dog is laying down or asleep. Most dogs are not aware that they are leaking and are usually just as surprised as their owners.

Take notice of any blood in your dog's urine or a sticky feel which could indicate a more serious and very uncomfortable problem for your dog such as a urinary tract infection, bladder stones or dog diabetes.
